Why Can't I Add To Cart?

Are you having trouble adding to cart? When you shop with BBB Cycling Australia you’re supporting a local Australian Retailer who stocks our Brand. We take care of everything from dispatch to after sales care but we support the local Retailers who stock our Brand which is why you need to select a store before you can add to cart.

For quicker checkout times in the future you can now save a Retailer as your favourite store.

Payment Options

Here at BBB Cycling Australia , we like to make ordering as convenient as possible. Therefore, we offer three different types of payment: Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay. All are simple, secure and instant. If you are having any issues with checking out, please see the above “Support Local” section, or get in touch via email or live chat.

Refunds are processed within three working days of approval, to the same account as the original order payment. Please allow up to five days for the funds to appear in your account due to processing from your financial institution. Refunds where Afterpay was used as the payment method are also processed by us, although the funds are returned by Afterpay, so timing may vary.

Exchange & Returns Process

Not sure about your purchase? No worries!

We understand that you might change your mind about the products you have purchased. Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return any unwanted item at your own cost. Products you are returning must be in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Please ensure you do not compromise the original packaging or tags otherwise we will be unable to accept your return. You may return the item for a full refund or an exchange, excluding items from made to order collections, and sample items that do not come with tags.
