This Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made through www.bbbcycling.com.au.

BBB Cycling Australia is operated by:

trading as BBB Cycling Australia,
distributed by BikeSportz Imports Pty Ltd

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1.1 Order Fulfilment

All BBB Cycling Australia orders are fulfilled directly from BikeChain HQ, Australia.

We do not offer retailer fulfilment, drop-shipping or Click & Collect.

1.2 Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate shipping: $15 AUD for orders under $100
  • Free shipping: Orders $100 AUD and over
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

1.3 Dispatch Timeframes

  • In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery timeframes:
    • Metro locations: 1–3 business days
    • Regional / WA / QLD / NT: 5–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

1.4 Peak Periods

During peak periods (including sales events and Christmas), deliveries may take 1–2 additional business days.

1.5 Pre-Order & Backorder Items

  • Some products may be offered as Pre-Order or Backorder
  • Estimated availability is displayed on the product page
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped in multiple consignments at no additional cost

1.6 Delivery Responsibility

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct and that access to the delivery address is available.


2. RETURNS POLICY

2.1 Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and uninstalled
  • The product is in original condition
  • All packaging, manuals, accessories and tags are included
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind, unless faulty under ACL:

  • Products that have been installed, fitted or used
  • Wearables showing signs of use
  • Consumables (including sealants, lubricants, brake pads)
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2.3 Return Request Process

  1. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click “Submit a Request”
  2. Complete the return request form accurately
  3. You will receive confirmation and return instructions
  4. Do not return items without approval

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Unauthorised returns may be delayed or rejected.

2.4 Return Assessment

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

If a returned item does not meet return conditions:

  • We will notify you, and
  • The item may be returned to you at your cost

3. WARRANTY & FAULTY PRODUCTS

3.1 Manufacturer’s Warranty

All BBB Cycling products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty terms vary by product category and are outlined in product documentation.

3.2 Warranty Claim Process

  • Submit a request using the “Submit a Request” button
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Upload clear photos and a description of the issue
  • Additional information may be requested
  • Some products may require manufacturer assessment

3.3 Warranty Outcomes

Depending on the assessment outcome, remedies may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

If a product is found not to be faulty, we will advise you of the outcome and next steps.


4. REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Discounted items are refunded at the net price paid
  • Financial institutions may take up to 5 business days to process funds

5. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the failure does not amount to a major failure.


6. APPLICABLE LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.


Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within three (3) working days of approval. Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email. Please allow up to five (5) days after BBB Cycling has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.


Applicable Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
